Training Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities – Training Sales Executive • Identify and approach potential clients to promote professional and technical training programs. • Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions. • Manage the sales process, including preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business and repeat sales. • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver training solutions that meet client requirements. • Support marketing activities, attend industry events, and promote training services. • Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and monitor sales performance. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in training, professional development, or consulting services. • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to conduct effective needs analysis and solution selling. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in preparing proposals and sales documentation. • Solid understanding of regional market dynamics in the UAE and wider GCC, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple accounts and opportunities, and meet sales targets and deadlines. • Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic digital productivity tools to track pipelines and report on performance. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or training management are an advantage. • Prior experience working with government entities or large private sector organizations in the region is beneficial. • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
