Sales Administrator

• Enquiry Registration in Oracle System – daily logs. • Routing out RFT/RFQ/EOI to various suppliers to gather offers on daily basis • Downloading enquiries (client portal, etc) • Tender preparation & offer submission on or before the closing date • Mesc code checking • Sales order registration • Item Code creation • Creating new supplier online thru Oracle System – new supplier for all sales person • Customer creation form for all new customers • Update bank details and new information for supplier master – all sales person • Daily updates for all closing date to Oracle system • Correspond with suppliers and customers as instructed by Sales either by email or thru ADNOC portals • Any other task assigns from time to time • Good communicator with time management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. • Oracle database.
