Rent-a-Car Manager & Sales Executive

• Manage daily rent-a-car operations. • Coordinate vehicle availability, bookings, deliveries and collections. • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues. • Monitor vehicle utilization and minimize idle vehicles. • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing and cleanliness. • Monitor rental agreements, payments, deposits and outstanding amounts. • Maintain daily and monthly sales and profitability reports. • Coordinate with drivers, staff, suppliers and workshops where required. • Generate new customers and rental bookings. • Develop corporate and individual customer accounts. • Build relationships with hotels, travel companies, real-estate companies, businesses and other potential referral sources. • Follow up on leads and convert them into bookings. • Upsell longer rental periods and higher-value vehicles. • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers. • Focus on profitable sales, not just booking volume. • Previous experience in UAE rent-a-car, car rental, fleet management, automotive sales or a related field. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Existing UAE customer/business network is an advantage. • Able to manage operations independently. • Target-oriented and commercially minded. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Valid UAE preferred driving licence. • Comfortable working with targets, reports and profitability numbers.
