Business Manager (Premium Car Care Centre)

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Create strategic business plans, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen our market positioning. • Build relationships with premium vehicle owners, automotive dealerships, and relevant business partners. • Oversee and manage the sales and service advisor team, ensuring effective enquiry handling, accurate quotations, timely follow-ups, and achievement of sales targets. • Develop service packages, pricing proposals, and customer retention initiatives. • Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing insights and suggesting ideas for campaigns, promotions, and business growth. • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitors. • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure commitments match service capacity and quality. Requirements: • Proven years of UAE experience in automotive sales, business development, or commercial management. • Strong understanding of German and European vehicles and the expectations of premium car owners. • Experience developing sales plans, growing revenue, and building long-term customer relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • A professional, customer-focused approach with strong commercial judgment. • Experience with a premium car care centre or specialist service centre is an advantage.
