Job description

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple roles and industries Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals to source talent Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Support employer branding efforts Competitive salary and benefits in line with UAE labor law 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) in the UAE market Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Familiarity with the UAE labor market and basic visa/employment processes Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus) Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools Experience recruiting across diverse sectors Bilingual Arabic/English
