• Job Description • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes. • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans. • Attend open day events across the UAE. • Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers, and onboarding processes. • Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey. • Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems. • Support reporting, compliance requirements, and recruitment performance metrics.
