Recruitment Coordinator (IT & AI)

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT & AI roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche IT/AI job boards. • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and cultural fit for specialized IT and AI positions. • Schedule and coordinate complex interview loops, managing calendars for candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders across different time zones. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding. • Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating recruitment, with a strong focus on IT and AI or other highly technical domains. • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever for efficient candidate management. • Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search strings and various online platforms.
