We are looking for driven, results-oriented Property Consultants to grow a portfolio across residential sales and leasing. You will work directly with landlords, buyers, tenants and developers, supported by company-provided leads.
This is a strong opportunity for sales or customer-facing professionals ready to build a career in Dubai real estate, as well as for experienced property consultants looking for a base salary, leads and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage your own portfolio of properties for sale and lease
• Follow up and convert company-provided leads into viewings and closed deals
• Reach out to landlords, property owners and developers to secure new listings
• Conduct property viewings, valuations and market consultations with clients
• Negotiate terms and guide clients through the sales and leasing process to completion
• Keep listings, client records and CRM entries accurate and up to date
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business
• Stay up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, new launches and regulations
• Meet agreed targets for listings, viewings and closed transactions

• Dubai real estate experience and market knowledge preferred, but not essential
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with a commission-based income
• Confident with phone, WhatsApp and in-person client communication
• Good organisation and follow-up discipline
• Currently based in Dubai
• Fluent English required; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or other languages are an advantage
