Real Estate Agent

Job Responsibilities – Real Estate Agent • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for property sales and rentals in Dubai. • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. • Handle client inquiries, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties. • Conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors. • Negotiate offers, prices, and rental terms to successfully close deals. • Create and maintain accurate property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other property portals. • Follow up with leads and clients regularly to maximize conversion rates. • Maintain updated client records, lead details, and transaction information in the company CRM. • Coordinate property documentation and ensure compliance with applicable UAE real estate regulations. • Stay updated on Dubai's property market, pricing trends, and new project launches. • Achieve monthly sales and rental targets while delivering excellent customer service. Candidate Profile – Real Estate Agent • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is preferred. • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including property sales and rentals. • Experience handling property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle is an advantage. • Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close property deals. • Strong sales, networking, and client follow-up skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred. • RERA certification is an advantage. • Must maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
