Promote residential properties, off-plan developments, and rental opportunities across Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
Arrange property viewings, conduct presentations, negotiate offers, and facilitate transactions.
Develop market knowledge of Dubai's communities, property prices, and investment opportunities.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Work towards individual sales and leasing targets.
Maintain professional client service and comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 2 years of real estate or relevant sales experience in Dubai.
Good knowledge of the Dubai property market and major residential communities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
Ability to build client relationships and convert leads into transactions.
A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
A valid RERA broker card is preferred.
