As we rapidly expand our portfolio, we are looking for driven Property Consultants to join our winning team.
What we're offering:
• 3,000 AED monthly salary + 30% commission for your first 3 months
• Step up to 50% commission after 3 months, with room to grow as you perform
• Structured onboarding and ongoing training from sales manager
• Full marketing, listing and admin support RERA course and broker card (BRN) support
• Visa support after probation and reaching your sales target
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, negotiate, and close real estate transactions (sales and/or rentals). Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with Dubai’s fast-evolving real estate trends.
• Assist clients in identifying properties that meet their requirements and budget.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Prepare and present property listings, offers, and relevant documentation.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Stay updated on property market trends, prices, and new developments.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales or leasing targets.
• Ensure a smooth and professional transaction process from initial inquiry through closing.
What We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai is a major plus (fresh, ambitious talents with strong sales drive are also welcome).
• Strong communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and Highly target-oriented. Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Language: English (Required) License/Certification:
