Property Consultant

• Prospect and generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and company-provided portals • Communicate with customers in Arabic/English in a professional and engaging manner. • Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential & off-plan properties • Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options • Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional manner • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems • Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations • Build long-term relationships with clients and developers • Achieve individual and team sales targets • Strong Sales negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. • Ability to build and maintain client relationships. • Good understanding of the Real Estate market and property trends. • Self-motivated , Target-driven and results-oriented personality. • Must be currently based in the UAE or available to join immediately. • Fluency in Arabic speaking skills are preferable • Good command of English is preferred.
