• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, portals, and networking. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable off-plan or secondary market properties. • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. • Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process. • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups. • Stay updated on Dubai communities, developers, projects, and market trends. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Ensure transactions comply with RERA, DLD, and UAE real estate regulations. • Strong professional presence • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills • Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market • Strong client and investor network • Proven brokerage or developer/brokerage experience • Self-motivation, discipline and a target-driven mindset
