• Manage client inquiries, leads, and follow-ups to achieve successful property transactions. • Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties across the UAE. • Understand client requirements, recommend suitable properties, and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process. • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and developer presentations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, projects, pricing, and investment opportunities. • Negotiate offers and coordinate with clients, developers, and relevant parties to ensure smooth transactions. • Maintain accurate client records, lead updates, and sales activities in the Company's CRM system. • Achieve agreed sales targets and provide regular performance updates to management. • Comply with RERA, DLD, and applicable UAE real estate regulations. • Represent the Company professionally, maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service. • Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory. • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the real estate industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a positive attitude. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. • Ability to build client relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Willingness to attend training sessions and stay updated on Dubai's property market. • Reliable, adaptable, and committed to achieving sales targets and growing with the Company.
