Real Estate Administrator

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational real estate activities. • Coordinate secondary sales and rental transactions from listing to completion. • Maintain and update CRM records, client databases, and property inventories. • Prepare and process contracts, Forms A/B/F, tenancy agreements, and other transaction-related documentation. • Liaise with property owners, buyers, tenants, agents, trustees, and developers. • Coordinate listings across property portals and ensure information accuracy. • Maintain strong communication with developers regarding inventory, launches, availability, NOCs, transfers, and project updates. • Follow up on ongoing transactions and ensure timely completion of required paperwork. • Prepare reports and support management with administrative and operational requirements. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and RERA guidelines. • Minimum of 2 years of Dubai real estate administration experience. • Strong practical knowledge of Secondary Sales and Rental transactions. • Experience handling property listings and transaction coordination. • Existing developer relationships and familiarity with developer procedures. • Good understanding of Dubai real estate forms, processes, and documentation. • Experience using CRM systems and property portals. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. • Professional communication and follow-up skills.
