Real Estate Administrator

Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the real estate office • Maintain accurate property, client, landlord, tenant, and transaction records • Prepare and process tenancy contracts and other real estate documentation • Assist with Ejari, DLD, RERA, and related procedures • Manage and update property listings on real estate portals • Coordinate with property consultants, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers • Maintain and update CRM records, leads, and transaction information • Coordinate appointments, property viewings, meetings, and follow-ups • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documents • Follow up on pending documentation, contracts, payments, and transactions • Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, filing, and general office administration Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Real Estate Administrator • Good knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and documentation • Familiarity with DLD, RERA, and Ejari • Experience with real estate CRM systems and property portals • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent English communication skills • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure • Professional attitude, positive mindset, and strong follow-up skills • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
