• Prepare comparison reports by reviewing and cross-checking Architectural. Structural, and MEP design drawings.
• Review drawings and prepare Requests for Information (RFI) tor submission to the Consultant.
• Coordinate and interact with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for structural and architectural works
• Prepare and review Bills ot Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates. and tender documents.
• Analyze drawings. specifications, and contracts to determine scope. quantities, and cost requirements.
• Carry out material and quantity takeoff for structural, architectural, and external works.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering. and cash flow forecasting to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare measurement sheets and assist in tendering quantity takeoffs.
• Evaluate, certify, and process interim and final payments to contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts in line with project progress.
• Verity and certify subcontractor bills.
• Prepare and issue inquiries, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
• Prepare comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain and update supplier/vendor databases and market rate benchmarks.
• Ensure materials and services comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Handle logistics, delivery follow-ups. and mint documentation.
• Draft, review. and finalize contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements in coordination with management.
• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (Civil Engineering Or Architecture) with a focus on cost management
• Minimum 3 years Of experience in UAE in Quantity Surveying, or construction.
• Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred
