Project Engineer / Civil Foreman/Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Civil Foreman / Land Surveyor with 10–15 years of overall experience in building construction, including strong UAE experience and mandatory Dubai project experience. The candidate must have good technical knowledge, practical site experience and the ability to manage and supervise daily construction activities. Key Responsibilities & Requirements • Supervise and manage day-to-day building construction activities. • Ensure work execution according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. • Read and interpret architectural, structural and civil drawings. • Supervise concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works. • Manage site manpower, labour productivity and material requirements. • Monitor project progress, quality control and site safety. • Conduct site inspections and coordinate work approvals. • Handle setting-out, levels, alignment and surveying activities. • Have good knowledge of UAE construction standards and Dubai building regulations. Qualifications & Experience • Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. • 10–15 years of total construction experience. • Strong UAE construction experience is mandatory. • Previous Dubai building project experience is a must. • Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise or low-rise building projects. • Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution and civil works. • Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with project teams. • Good communication and leadership skills.
