Project Engineer Civil

• Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction activities on site. • Ensure project execution is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project milestones. • Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. • Review drawings and resolve technical issues in coordination with the design and engineering teams. • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth project operations. • Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies. • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications. • Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, Planning, and Procurement teams for seamless project delivery. • Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and management. • Monitor project costs and assist in controlling budgets and resource utilization. • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil Construction. • At least 2-3 years UAE experience as a Project Engineer. • Proven experience in High-Rise Building projects. • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and UAE building regulations. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. • UAE Driving License is an advantage. Preferred Background: • Experience in Residential Towers, Commercial Buildings, Hotels, and High-Rise Developments. • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
