Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Foreman with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction industry , including hands-on experience in high-rise building projects in Dubai . The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction activities and a working understanding of electrical and plumbing works . The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to project requirements, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the site. • Manage and guide workers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned works. • Monitor civil works including blockwork, plastering, concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, finishing, and other related activities. • Read and understand construction drawings, layouts, and specifications. • Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams. • Have a good working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works to effectively coordinate different site activities. • Monitor the quality and progress of work and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite. • Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical requirements to the concerned engineer or management. • Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and company regulations. • Maintain daily work progress and manpower records as required. • Coordinate activities to avoid conflicts between civil, electrical, and plumbing works. • Ensure assigned works are completed within the required timeframe. Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry. • High-rise building construction experience in Dubai is mandatory/preferred. • Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and finishing works. • Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing activities . • Ability to read and understand construction drawings. • Good manpower coordination and site supervision skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with workers, engineers, subcontractors, and management. • Strong knowledge of site safety and construction procedures. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. • Available for immediate joining.
