PRODUCTION FLOOR WORKING SUPERVISOR

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely order completion and dispatch. • Supervise laser operators, press brake operators, helpers, and delivery drivers. • Read engineering drawings and ensure accurate nesting, cutting, and bending according to specifications. • Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, burrs, scratches, heat marks, and bending defects. • Manage stainless steel inventory, including grades, thicknesses, surface finishes, remnants, and scrap. • Ensure proper handling, protective film preservation, cleaning, and packaging of finished products. • Monitor machine performance, arrange routine maintenance, and report breakdowns or production delays. • Enforce workshop safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards. • Maintain daily production, material consumption, rejection, and scrap records. • Train and guide operators and helpers to maintain productivity and quality standards. • Operate fiber laser cutting or press brake machines when required, especially during peak workloads or staff shortages. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in stainless steel sheet metal fabrication, fiber laser cutting, press brake bending, quality control, and team supervision.
