Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager (Mobile Phones) for an Electronics Wholesale company based in the UAE. Location Dubai, UAE Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in mobile phone procurement, ideally within wholesale, bulk trading, distribution or consumer electronics • Strong knowledge of the mobile phone market, including major brands, models, pricing, availability and trends • An established network of mobile phone suppliers, distributors and wholesalers, particularly across Asia • Demonstrated experience sourcing mobile devices in bulk and negotiating competitive commercial terms • Strong understanding of international sourcing, supplier management and cross-border purchasing • Commercially minded, with the ability to spot profitable buying opportunities and maximise margins • Excellent negotiation, relationship management and communication skills • Strong analytical skills to assess market pricing, supplier offers and purchasing opportunities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and respond quickly to changes in supply and demand Key Responsibilities: • Identifying, evaluating and sourcing mobile phones in bulk from manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and other suppliers • Developing and maintaining a strong supplier network, particularly across Asia and other key sourcing markets • Monitoring market trends, pricing fluctuations, product availability and new device launches to identify buying opportunities • Negotiating competitive pricing, payment terms, margins and delivery conditions with suppliers • Building long-term relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities • Ensuring the quality, authenticity and condition of purchased devices, including new and refurbished stock • Managing procurement to ensure stock availability meets business demand and sales requirements • Assessing supplier reliability, pricing competitiveness, product quality and delivery performance • Working closely with sales and commercial teams to align purchasing with customer demand and business objectives • Managing purchase orders, supplier agreements, delivery schedules and procurement documentation • Improving procurement processes to reduce costs and maximise profitability We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join an electronics wholesale business specialising in the bulk trading of mobile phones.
