Procurement Executive – Electrical / Industrial Products

• Source and procure electrical and industrial products in line with project requirements, quality standards, and cost objectives. • Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and process purchase orders. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and required quality standards. • Maintain supplier records, pricing data, and procurement documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and specifications. • Monitor inventory requirements and support timely replenishment. • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and material availability. • Develop and maintain good relationships with local and international suppliers. • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved budgets. • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement of electrical/industrial products. • Good knowledge of electrical materials, industrial products, and suppliers. • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software. • UAE experience and knowledge of the local supplier market will be an advantage.
