Procurement Manager

• Relevant procurement experience • Minimum 4–5 years procurement/sourcing experience, ideally with at least some UAE or GCC exposure. • Industry expertise Strong preference for F&B, FMCG, HORECA, food distribution, trading or retail procurement. They should understand products, suppliers, pricing, shelf life, MOQ and lead times.Must have personally identified, sourced, evaluated and onboarded new suppliers — not only processed POs or managed an existing vendor list. Must be able to demonstrate actual supplier negotiations around pricing, credit terms, MOQ, rebates, delivery, lead time or landed cost, ideally with a real numerical example. Must be comfortable with ERP/procurement systems, Excel, supplier comparisons, RFQs, purchase orders, GRNs, cost analysis and supplier performance tracking. • Real sourcing experience • Commercial negotiation capability • Procurement systems + analytical ability
