Process & Compliance Specialist | Retail | Watsons | UAE

• Assist in cross-functional business projects across Watsons to improve operational processes. • Review controls and implement standardized compliance systems to enhance process reliability. • Conduct SOP rollouts and train stakeholders on processes and procedures. • Analyze retail store operations and workflow to identify opportunities for process improvement. • Monitor and measure benefits of post-process implementation to track progress and continuity. • Engage in project-based evaluations and operational due diligence for new business acquisitions. • Develop a critical path for store openings and create checklists for store closure, including cash, stocks, and fixed assets. • Plan, schedule, and facilitate physical inventory counts following Al Futtaim standard procedures. • Review performance on key operational areas of store operations and inventory control to resolve inventory errors and assess compliance. • Implement control mechanisms and consolidate results following physical inventory counts. Required Skills To Be Successful: • Analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements. • Time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. • Effective communication and leadership abilities. • Teamwork skills for collaborative projects. What Qualifies You For The Role: • Postgraduate or College/University Degree. • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, specifically in stock/inventory management. • Proficient in SAP and ERP systems. • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, accounting knowledge.
