Inventory Controller

• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stocks • Maintain strong internal relationships with fellow management and ensure effective communication and cooperation with all cross functional departments pertaining to warehousing process management and improvement • Review documentation and monitor product quality codes to search for deviations • Troubleshoot quality discrepancies between physical stock and system records • Investigate where the demand is in the warehouse and what the potential risks are • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs • Ensure that all inter warehouse transfers are correctly keyed, and the accuracy of stock is maintained and reported correctly to the customers • Develop enhancements to ensure efficient, cost effective operation and utilization of space • Develop and implement methods to maintain accurate inventory levels at the facility for all the activities, meeting internal and external KPI targets • Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages (e.g., Passive packaging, pallets, shrink wrap, gel-packs, labels etc) • Develop and implement innovative methods of digitalizing inventory processes (e.g., Cycle counts, annual inventory counts, documentation, reports) • Ensure stock movements on WMS are performed correctly matching with physical stock movements. • Bachelor’s degree • Experience and competent knowledge in Warehouse / Logistics Management, stock control, inventory management and data analytical skills are a must for this role • Requires an in depth understanding of the fundamentals of warehousing and inventory control • Should be proficient in MS Office and using a WMS
