Inventory Controller

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. • Record stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns. • Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. • Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments regarding stock movements. • Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions. • Identify damaged, missing, or excess stock and report discrepancies. • Update inventory records using Tally, Focus ERP, and Zoho. • Prepare periodic inventory reports and maintain accurate data. • Graduate or diploma holder in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Previous experience in inventory management or stockkeeping is preferred. • Working knowledge of Tally, Focus ERP, and Zoho is preferred. • Basic understanding of stock reconciliation and inventory control. • Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented. • Candidates with accounting or auditing firm experience will be preferred.
