Inventory Manager

Job Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the complete inventory cycle from receiving and storage to distribution and store replenishment. • Develop and implement inventory control procedures, policies, and best practices. • Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses and ensure optimal inventory availability. • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and retail stores. • Ensure accurate inventory records across ERP/POS and inventory management systems. • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits. • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete inventory. • Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, sales, and retail teams to ensure smooth stock flow. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances. • Ensure stores receive the right products and quantities based on demand and sales performance. • Analyze historical sales and inventory data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions. • Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy, reduce losses, and optimize working capital. • Monitor inventory turnover, stock availability, shrinkage, and other key inventory KPIs. • Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and internal controls.
