Company Profile & Job Location Our reputed client is a manufacturing company with operations in West Africa and its head office in Dubai, UAE. The company is seeking a responsible and well-organized Male Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for its Dubai office. Role & Responsibilities • Provide personal and administrative assistance to the Managing Director in Dubai. • Have good knowledge of homeopathic medicines and assist with medicine-related requirements. • Monitor and record blood pressure (BP) as required. • Coordinate medical appointments, follow-ups, and daily schedules. • Understand the MDs daily needs and ensure timely arrangements. • Handle personal tasks and appointments efficiently. • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of trust. • Communicate effectively and provide reliable day-to-day support. Preferred Candidate Profile • Male candidate, preferably aged 30 to 35 years. • Good knowledge of homeopathic medicines is essential. • Basic knowledge of BP monitoring and healthcare assistance. • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Care Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred. • Mature, responsible, trustworthy, well-mannered, and well-organized. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge and scheduling abilities. • Willing to relocate/work in Dubai, UAE.
