Position: People & Culture Director Summary: The People & Culture Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and overall well-being. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive people management policies and practices. Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the organization's values and goals. Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention rates. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
