Payroll Specialist

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate wage disbursement for all employees. • Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and overtime pay while adhering to company policies and labor laws. • Resolve payroll discrepancies through thorough investigation and effective communication with employees and management. • Maintain payroll records and reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations. • Bachelor degree holder in HR / Commerce / Business Management or equivalent • 8 – 10 years’ experience in HR • At least 3 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified within an C&B role covering related activities
