Payroll Executive

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. • Review and verify payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits. • Prepare and process payroll adjustments, retroactive payments, and final settlements. • Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accurate general ledger postings. • Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Work with internal and external auditors during payroll audits. • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to maintain and improve payroll systems. • Test and implement payroll system upgrades and enhancements; troubleshoot payroll system issues promptly • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders and government agencies. • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates in systems and processes. • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries and issues. • Provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures. • Conduct training sessions for HR and other staff on payroll processes and systems • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources. • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience in payroll processing and management.
