ABOUT THE ROLE
Mintlayer's partner network spans wallets, exchanges, custodians, API integrators, and ecosystem protocols and every one of those relationships has the potential to grow significantly as the protocol scales. The Partnerships Manager makes sure that potential is realized rather than lost.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Manage the health of all Mintlayer's active partner relationships
• Track all partner deliverables and commitments proactively
• Maintain the partner CRM with current relationship status, contract terms, and expansion opportunities
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and brief the BD team
• Coordinate partner co-marketing activities
• Build the partner onboarding process for new integrations
• Produce monthly partner health reports for senior leadership
