Operations & Sales Manager – Cake Shops

• Manage daily operations of the cake shops and branches, and ensure smooth service. • Achieve sales targets, increase revenue and improve profit margins. • Lead, train and evaluate branch managers and staff. • Control inventory, purchasing, waste and costs with the kitchen and suppliers. • Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards, and pass all inspections. • Handle customer experience and complaints, and report results to management. • At least 10 years of experience in food and beverage, including managing several outlets. • Experience in cake shops, bakery or confectionery is preferred. • Strong leadership, sales and budget / cost control skills. • Good knowledge of UAE food safety rules; UAE experience is a plus. • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE residence or able to start soon.
