Operations Director/General Manager

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple QSR / fast-food outlets. • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, customer retention and profitability. • Monitor and control food costs, labour costs, wastage, inventory and operating expenses. • Analyse outlet P&Ls, sales reports and KPIs, implementing corrective actions to improve performance. • Lead menu engineering, recipe costing, pricing strategies and product profitability. • Identify business development opportunities, new outlet locations, partnerships and expansion channels. • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and optimise procurement costs. • Coordinate with Marketing to improve promotions, delivery sales, upselling and customer acquisition. • Recruit, lead, coach and develop outlet managers and operational teams. • Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, hygiene and compliance with UAE regulations. • Monitor stock control, purchasing, inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency. • Prepare operational budgets, forecasts and performance reports for senior management. • Utilise Foodics or comparable restaurant POS and reporting systems to monitor business performance. • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, sales growth and overall profitability. • 5–8 years of experience in QSR / fast-food chain operations. • Proven experience managing multiple outlets in the UAE, preferably Dubai. • Strong expertise in revenue growth, food and labour cost control, and outlet profitability. • Hands-on experience in menu engineering, inventory management, sales strategy and business development. • Strong leadership, commercial negotiation and financial reporting skills. • Foodics or comparable QSR POS system experience. • European or Indian candidates preferred.
