Catering Sales Manager

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in restaurant and food catering services. • Generate leads and acquire new corporate and individual catering clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Promote catering services to corporate offices, event organisers, and other potential clients. • Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales. • Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed catering orders. • Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities. • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in restaurant and food catering sales is mandatory . • Proven experience in catering sales, corporate catering, or food catering business development. • Experience in acquiring new catering clients and generating business. • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. • Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets. • Knowledge of the UAE catering market is an advantage. • Immediate joiners are preferred.
