Operations Executive

• Order Processing • Scan and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. • Review orders for correct product, quantity, SKU, ASIN and other relevant information. • Process orders through internal systems and marketplace platforms. • Update order status and operational records. • Identify orders that are incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, delayed or showing errors. • Ensure orders are processed within required timelines. • Investigate and resolve order-processing discrepancies. • Escalate unusual orders or operational issues immediately. • Maintain accurate records of processed and pending orders. Operational Support • Work closely with procurement, inventory, warehouse and dispatch teams. • Track orders through different stages of the operational process. • Reconcile processed orders against internal reports. • Assist with daily operational reports and performance tracking. • Identify missing, duplicated or incorrectly processed records. • Follow up on pending operational tasks until completion. • Help improve processes to reduce errors and increase processing speed. • Candidates should be comfortable with: • VLOOKUP • Filters and sorting • Conditional formatting • Removing duplicates • Comparing multiple Excel files • Identifying missing or mismatched records • Working with CSV files • Handling large spreadsheets with thousands of rows
