MEP Works Supervisor – Construction

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Works Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate MEP activities on construction projects in Bahrain. The successful candidate will supervise site teams, monitor installation works, coordinate with other trades, and ensure that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. **Bahrain construction experience is a MUST**, preferably with experience in villas, residential buildings, commercial buildings, or high\-rise projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** works at construction sites. * Coordinate and monitor MEP installation activities and site manpower. * Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and specifications. * Ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings and project requirements. * Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, structural, and other site activities. * Monitor installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of MEP systems. * Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and related MEP works. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify installation issues or defects. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, engineers, and site management. * Ensure materials and equipment used for MEP works meet approved specifications. * Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules. * Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues. * Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices within MEP work areas. * Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager. * Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and applicable Bahrain regulations. * Support testing, inspection, snagging, rectification, and handover activities. Requirements * Minimum **5 years of experience** in MEP supervision within the construction industry. * **Bahrain construction experience is a MUST.** * Strong knowledge of **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and related MEP works**. * Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Experience supervising MEP technicians, subcontractors, and site workers. * Good knowledge of construction site coordination and MEP installation practices. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. * Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades. * Good knowledge of MS Office is an advantage. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * **Locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner preferred.** Preferred Experience Experience in **villa projects, residential buildings, commercial buildings, high\-rise buildings, or major construction projects in Bahrain** will be highly preferred. **Only candidates currently available in Bahrain and with relevant Bahrain construction experience will be considered.** Work Location: In person
