MEP Supervisor – Construction

Job Description We are seeking an experienced **MEP Supervisor** to oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction projects in Bahrain. The successful candidate will supervise site teams, monitor installation activities, coordinate with subcontractors and other trades, and ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. **Bahrain construction experience is a MUST**, preferably with experience in residential, villa, commercial, or high\-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily **MEP installation works** on construction sites. * Manage and monitor MEP technicians, workers, and subcontractors. * Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and specifications. * Ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and related works are installed correctly. * Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, and architectural works. * Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work progress. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets approved drawings and project standards. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management. * Monitor the delivery and proper use of MEP materials at site. * Identify technical and coordination issues and assist in resolving them promptly. * Supervise testing, inspection, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. * Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager. * Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable Bahrain regulations. * Monitor project schedules and ensure MEP activities are completed within required timelines. * Maintain proper records of inspections, materials, work progress, and site activities. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering**, or a related technical field. * Minimum **5 years of relevant MEP supervision experience** in construction. * **Bahrain construction experience is a MUST.** * Strong technical knowledge of **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and drainage systems**. * Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications. * Experience supervising MEP installation teams and subcontractors. * Good understanding of construction site coordination and sequencing. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Good knowledge of MS Office is an advantage. * **Locally available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner preferred.** Preferred Experience Experience in **villa projects, residential buildings, commercial buildings, high\-rise buildings, or major construction projects in Bahrain** is highly preferred. Candidates with strong knowledge of **Bahrain construction practices, local MEP requirements, and site coordination procedures** will have an advantage. **Only candidates currently available in Bahrain and meeting the Bahrain construction experience requirement will be considered.** Work Location: In person
