MEP Supervisor – Construction

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Supervisor** with strong construction\-site experience in **Villa and/or High\-Rise Building Projects**. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising MEP installation activities, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)** installation, testing, and commissioning activities. * Guide site teams and subcontractors in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and engineering standards. * Read and interpret **MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, schematics, single\-line diagrams, and layout drawings** directly on site. * Coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural works to identify and prevent clashes, rework, and installation conflicts. * Cross\-reference dimensions and MEP layouts against structural and architectural drawings. * Review basic **3D models and clash\-detection reports** to help resolve routing conflicts involving HVAC, piping, and electrical services. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure installation quality meets project requirements. * Identify, record, and follow up on **snags, defects, and outstanding MEP works** until closure. * Supervise subcontractor manpower and coordinate daily workforce allocation according to project requirements. * Monitor material usage, equipment deployment, and site resources to support project schedules. * Maintain daily site records, progress reports, material logs, equipment deployment sheets, and workforce records. * Report project delays, technical issues, material shortages, and site constraints to the MEP Engineer/Project Engineer. * Ensure compliance with applicable **Bahrain regulatory requirements, safety codes, project specifications, and international engineering best practices**. * Enforce site safety requirements, permit\-to\-work procedures, PPE usage, and safe working practices. * Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other site teams to ensure smooth MEP execution. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field**. * **3–5 years of relevant experience** as an MEP Supervisor or similar position in building construction. * Proven experience specifically in **Villa and/or High\-Rise Building Projects** is required. * Strong knowledge of MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination. * Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and single\-line diagrams. * Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and related building services. * Experience supervising subcontractors and site installation teams. * Knowledge of quality control, snagging, site inspections, and construction safety procedures. * Basic understanding of 3D coordination models and clash\-detection reports. * Proficiency in **MS Excel** for material, equipment, manpower, and daily progress tracking. * Good communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and site supervision skills. * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** * **Candidates currently available in Bahrain are preferred.** Work Location: In person
