Are you an experienced **MEP Supervisor** with strong hands\-on exposure to **villa and high\-rise building projects**? We are looking for a technically capable professional to join our **Construction Department**. Position **MEP Supervisor – Construction Department** What We’re Looking For * **3–5 years of relevant MEP Supervisor experience** * Strong construction\-sector background * Experience specifically in **villa or high\-rise building projects** * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in **Electrical / Mechanical Engineering** * Must be **currently available in Bahrain** * GCC experience preferred * Good command of **English and Hindi** Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily MEP installation activities at site * Coordinate **Mechanical, Electrical \& Plumbing** works * Read and interpret MEP shop drawings, schematics and SLDs * Coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural works * Supervise subcontractors and site workforce * Monitor installation, testing and commissioning activities * Conduct site inspections and manage snags * Track materials, equipment and manpower deployment * Maintain daily progress reports and site records * Identify clashes and coordinate solutions to avoid rework * Review coordination drawings and basic 3D/clash\-detection information * Ensure compliance with safety, quality and approved construction procedures * Use **MS Excel** for material, equipment and manpower tracking If you have the right **building construction experience** and are ready for your next opportunity, we would like to hear from you.
