HIRING NOW – QUANTITY SURVEYOR | CIVIL & CONSTRUCTION

We are seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** with a strong Civil/Construction background. **Experience:** 3–7 years **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying **Languages:** English \& Hindi **The ideal candidate should have:** * Strong knowledge of **Civil construction works** * Experience preparing **BOQs, quantity take\-offs, estimates, and cost plans** * Ability to measure and value completed works * Experience handling **variations, claims, and change orders** * Knowledge of **subcontractor and supplier quotations** * Understanding of **GCC contracts and construction commercial practices** * Experience with **cost control and project expenditure monitoring** * Ability to prepare **monthly commercial reports and final accounts** * Good understanding of **architectural, structural and MEP drawings** * Strong **MS Excel** and quantity measurement/take\-off skills * Basic knowledge of **MEP quantity surveying** **Candidates with relevant GCC construction experience are encouraged to apply.** Work Location: In person
