**Immediate Opening – Telecom \- Sales Team Leader** **Location:** Manama, Bahrain *(Candidate must be in Bahrain)* **Role Overview:** We are urgently seeking an experienced **Sales Team Leader** to lead and manage a high\-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in telecom sales operations and team leadership. **Key Requirements:** * **6–7 years of proven experience** in the **telecom industry (mandatory)** * In\-depth knowledge of **postpaid and prepaid** telecom segments * Demonstrated experience managing teams of **15–20 sales agents** * Ability to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth * Experience in sales planning, market segmentation, and strategy execution * Strong focus on implementing innovative ideas and optimizing sales processes * Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills * Car \& Driving Licence is mandatory * Immediate joiners preferred **Interested candidates** are requested to share their CV at the earliest.
