URGENT HIRING – CONSTRUCTION PLANNING ENGINEER

**Join a growing Construction Team in Bahrain!** We are seeking a skilled **Construction Planning Engineer** who can effectively manage project schedules, monitor site progress and support the successful delivery of building projects. Ideal Candidate **Experience:** 3–7 years **Project Background:** Villas / High\-Rise Buildings **Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management **Languages:** English \& Hindi **Availability:** Immediate / Short Notice preferred Key Responsibilities * Develop and update project **master schedules and baseline programs** * Establish appropriate **Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)** for construction activities * Track site progress against approved schedules and highlight deviations * Identify critical activities using **CPM** and assess their impact on project completion * Prepare accurate **daily, weekly and monthly planning reports** for management * Assist in developing recovery programs for delayed activities * Coordinate with construction, procurement and subcontractor teams to maintain project timelines * Monitor procurement schedules, material lead times and subcontractor performance * Track productivity and support project performance analysis * Prepare and maintain **S\-curves and progress dashboards** * Provide planning information for **EOT, delay analysis and claims support** * Work with project teams to ensure construction activities are properly sequenced Required Software \& Knowledge **Primavera P6 and/or MS Project** Advanced **Microsoft Excel** MS Word \& PowerPoint Construction planning and scheduling techniques EVM and productivity tracking FIDIC contract awareness Ability to read and coordinate **Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings** **If you have hands\-on planning experience in villa or high\-rise construction, we would like to hear from you.** **Send your updated CV for consideration.** Work Location: In person
