**Fit out / Interior Works Foreman — Jobs \& Responsibilities** * Leads on‑site teams to deliver interior fit‑out projects on time, to specification, and safely, coordinating trades, materials, and quality control. * Oversee carpentry, painting, tiling, MEP rough‑in, joinery, drywall, false ceilings, and floor finishes. * Ensure daily activities align with the master schedule; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed * Enforce safety protocols, housekeeping, and proper material handling; inspect work for compliance with specifications * Verify availability of materials and tools; coordinate deliveries and storage * Liaise with clients, site managers, and subcontractors; report progress and resolve issues * Identify and mitigate risks, resolve on‑site issues **Minimum Requirements** * **Experience** – 10 years in GCC/UAE fit‑out, joinery, MEP, or finishing works * **Skills** – Hands‑on knowledge of joinery, drywall, false ceilings, floor finishes; understanding of MEP works; good communication skills * **Qualifications** – Diploma/ITI in civil Pay: BD250\.000 \- BD350\.000 per month Work Location: In person
