WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for a **Quantity Surveyor** with strong construction\-sector experience to join our team. **Experience:** 3–7 years in a similar Quantity Surveying role **Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying **Background:** Strictly Construction **Languages:** Good English \& Hindi **Key Requirements:** * Strong experience in preparing **BOQs, cost estimates, and cost plans** * Good knowledge of **Civil works** and basic knowledge of **MEP quantities** * Experience in **site measurements, quantity take\-offs, and interim payments** * Knowledge of **variations, change orders, and site instructions** * Experience with **subcontractor quotation analysis and procurement** * Good understanding of **GCC construction contracts and commercial clauses** * Experience in **cost control, cash flow, reconciliation, and commercial reporting** * Ability to prepare **final accounts and claim assessments** * Strong ability to read **architectural, structural, and MEP drawings** * Advanced **MS Excel** skills * Familiarity with quantity take\-off and measurement software **Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated CV.** Work Location: In person
