MEP SUPERVISOR (MAINTENANCE)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **MEP Supervisor – Maintenance** to oversee and coordinate the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and related building services. The ideal candidate should be hands\-on, technically strong, and capable of supervising technicians and ensuring MEP systems operate efficiently with minimum downtime. These responsibilities align with current MEP maintenance supervisor roles in Bahrain. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **MEP maintenance activities** and maintenance technicians. * Oversee **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems**. * Plan and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM)**. * Troubleshoot MEP equipment, AC systems, electrical issues, and building services. * Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimum equipment downtime. * Conduct regular inspections to identify potential faults and maintenance requirements. * Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and subcontractors. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers when required. * Monitor spare parts, tools, materials, and maintenance requirements. * Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety and quality standards. * Maintain maintenance records, reports, and work schedules. * Support minor renovation and MEP modification works. * Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to maintenance issues. Requirements * **5–7 years of relevant MEP maintenance/supervisory experience.** * Strong knowledge of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems**. * Hands\-on experience in building/facility MEP maintenance. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve MEP\-related technical issues. * Experience supervising technicians and maintenance teams. * Good communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to read MEP drawings and technical documents. * **Bahrain/GCC experience is highly preferred.** * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.** * Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license is an advantage.
