MEP Services Supervisor – Construction

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Services Supervisor** to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, firefighting, and other MEP services on construction projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on construction experience and be capable of supervising site teams, subcontractors, and daily MEP activities while ensuring all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily MEP services and installation activities on construction sites. * Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, firefighting, and related building services. * Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications. * Coordinate MEP services with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works. * Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors. * Monitor daily manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and work progress. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship. * Identify and resolve MEP clashes, technical issues, and site coordination problems. * Ensure installations are carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, rectification, and handover activities. * Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. * Monitor MEP material requirements and ensure materials are available on site when required. * Prepare daily and weekly progress and manpower reports. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and construction site safety procedures. * Assist in maintaining project schedules and ensuring MEP works are completed on time. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. * **Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision within the construction industry.** * Strong hands\-on experience in building construction projects. * Experience in villas, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other MEP services. * Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings. * Experience supervising subcontractors, technicians, and site teams. * Good knowledge of construction site coordination, quality control, and HSE requirements. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.** * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.** Important Candidates with strong **building construction and hands\-on MEP site experience** will be given priority. Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities management without construction experience may not be suitable. Work Location: In person
