MEP Supervisor – Construction

Job Description We are looking for an **experienced MEP Supervisor** with a strong background in **construction projects** to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on site. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience in construction, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and MEP activities while ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily MEP construction activities on site. * Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related MEP works. * Ensure all installations are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. * Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper workmanship and quality. * Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. * Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and technical problems. * Monitor project progress and ensure MEP works are completed within the required schedule. * Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety procedures. * Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available when needed. * Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities. * Prepare daily progress and manpower reports. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project management. Requirements * **Minimum 4–6 years of experience** as an MEP Supervisor in the **construction industry**. * Strong hands\-on experience in **building construction projects**. * Experience in **villas, commercial buildings, high\-rise buildings, or large\-scale construction projects** is preferred. * Strong knowledge of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and MEP systems**. * Ability to read and interpret **MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specifications**. * Strong knowledge of construction site practices and quality standards. * GCC construction experience is highly preferred. * Engineering Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualification is preferred. * Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively. * **Must be currently located in Bahrain.** * **Must be available for immediate joining.** * Candidates with **transferable/cancelled visa or valid local status** are preferred. What We’re Looking For We are specifically seeking a **strong construction\-focused MEP Supervisor**, not a purely maintenance or facilities\-management candidate. The successful candidate should be comfortable working directly on construction sites and managing day\-to\-day MEP execution. Work Location: In person
