MEP Site Supervisor

Job Description We are looking for an experienced **MEP Site Supervisor** with a strong background in **building construction** to supervise and coordinate MEP works on construction sites. The role will involve managing site teams, subcontractors, and daily MEP installation activities while ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting** works. * Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams. * Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. * Supervise technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors on site. * Monitor daily work progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity. * Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship. * Identify and resolve MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems. * Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works. * Ensure compliance with **HSE and construction safety requirements**. * Prepare daily and weekly progress and manpower reports. * Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering**, or a related technical field. * **3–5\+ years of experience** in MEP site supervision within the construction industry. * Strong **building construction background is a must**. * Hands\-on experience with **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems**. * Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings. * Experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills. * **Bahrain/GCC construction experience is highly preferred.** * Experience with villas, residential, commercial, or high\-rise projects is an advantage. * **Must be currently located in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiner is strongly preferred.** * Candidates with mainly maintenance/facilities\-management experience without hands\-on construction experience may not be suitable.
